Growing up on a burley tobacco farm & cattle ranch deep in the Appalachian mountains of North Carolina, Andy spent his early childhood being a ranch hand while listening to gospel, bluegrass, southern rock, & classic country music. There’s no doubt his cowboy lifestyle with cattle, horses, tobacco, & family rodeos, mixed with influences such as Travis Tritt, Waylon Jennings, Keith Whitley, Merle Haggard, Marty  Stuart, Dwight Yoakam, & Gary Allan completely round out his southern soul approach. shares authentic songs inspired by his upbringing.” Buckner is currently working with powerhouse producer Carson Chamberlain on new music. Chamberlain's musical background covers stints as a musician, bandleader, and tour manager for artists like Keith Whitley and Alan Jackson. Chamberlain was also VP of A&R for Mercury Nashville, and his producing credits include project’s for Zach Top, Billy Currington, Easton Corbin, and Mark Wills among others. Buckner has been creating a buzz at his support slots for Zach Top, and is looking to release new music soon.
